Scott Ancarrow,, is a Maryland native (from Western MD). He grew up pretending to be Cal Ripken, and he puts Old Bay on almost everything. Scott has been married to his wife Amber since 2003. They have two daughters, Emery and Reese. He joined the staff of Revolution in 2010 as a church planter in residence. Revolution Annapolis and other partnering churches are now supporting Scott in the launch of the Foundry in the fall of 2013. He is a graduate of Kentucky Christian University.
Director of Outreach & Operations
Lindsay Ferguson joined The Foundry's staff just before its launch in 2013. She has been in church ministry since 2007 doing everything from administration to student ministry. She is a big fan of spreadsheets and the Indianapolis Colts. Lindsay grew up in Indiana where she learned about Jesus, race-cars, and corn. She attended Johnson University.
Austin Hedge is originally from the Champaign, IL area. He has been married to his wife Savannah since 2010. They have two kids, Micah and Penelope. Austin is a graduate of Ozark Christian College, and joined the Foundry in the Spring of 2013 after graduating, to learn about church planting in the Northeast.
Director of Worship / Creative Arts
Josie Barton was born and raised in New Jersey, which means she is adept at defending her state and going to "the shore." She joined the Foundry staff in July 2014, and also works as a Global and Resource Development Specialist for Stadia. She has been married since November 2012, and she and her husband Trevor welcomed their first son, Abbott, in 2014 and their second son, Branch, in 2016.
Foundry Kids director
Victoria was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She attended Milligan College, and came to The Foundry soon after graduating. Victoria loves Disney, her grandma’s rice and beans, and of course, working with tiny humans. She also works for Extreme Family Outreach Ministries in Joppa.
