FOUNDRY
FORWARD
FOUNDRYFORWARD is the effort we began in 2025 to ensure that our church building continues to be a vibrant and accessible space for future generations. The needs of our congregation and the realities of maintaining an aging structure call us to action. Our scope includes renovations, improvements, or even reimagining the way we use the space.
We have spent the first few months of this project surveying our congregation, neighbors, and community stakeholders to develop a robust strategic plan that helps us identify key considerations and critical decisions regarding the upkeep and evolution of our physical spaces. You can find the abridged version here, or you can request the full version by emailing us at info@foundrybaltimore.com
Looking Forward.
When The Foundry moved into 165 E Randall Street as renters in 2018, our community gained a space where we could gather throughout the week that anchored us to the neighborhood we serve. In 2021, The Foundry purchased the property that had been occupied by the Riverside Baptist Church for over 100 years. As we envision The Foundry’s future in this place, we are beginning the work to define good stewardship of our physical space and what it will take to establish a firm foundation for ministry in the decades to come.
We invite you to engage with us, to pray with us, and to dream with us as we embark on this exciting journey together. Our church is not merely a building; it is the people within it, united in Christ and committed to His mission. Let us take this step forward with faith and hope, as we seek to build a space that will continue to serve, inspire, and transform all who encounter it.
