This summer, students who are currently in grades 5-8 are invited to join us for a fun week of worship, challenge, and time away at Christ in Youth’s MIX Camp.

WHAT IS MIX?

MIX is a five-day summer event specifically designed for middle school students. It is intentionally crafted in ways that will engage and challenge middle school students through tactile, interactive, and fun activities coupled with Bible-based teaching and small group interaction. MIX is put on by an organization called Christ In Youth (CIY), which has been creating conferences for thousands of teens all over the country for over 50 years.  For more information, check out ciy.com/mix

WHEN IS MIX?

This year, The Foundry will take high school students to MIX from July 13-16. We will leave on Monday around lunchtime and return late on Thursday evening.

WHERE IS MOVE?

MIX takes place at Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA. Students will stay on campus in the school’s dorms.  Dorms are separated by gender, and students will share a room with 1-2 other students from our group.  Most meals will be provided on campus through the school cafeteria.  We will travel to and from camp together.

WHAT DOES MIX COST?

MIX costs $475 per student.  This covers the cost of food, lodging, transportation, a fun outing, and admission to the event.  Additionally, your student will need funds for two fast-food meals and for any snacks or souvenirs they may want to purchase.

WHO IS GOING? 

The Foundry will send at least one adult leader per gender to MIX.  Additional leaders will be added based on group size.  All leaders are background-checked prior to the event. If you would like to be a group leader and go with us, please email Lindsay Ferguson, to discuss.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To register your student for MIX, please click the “register now button” to submit a registration form and $100 deposit. Final payments must be paid before we leave for MIX on July 13th.
